Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Idol Aesthetics website and our online booking services. By using this site or booking an appointment, you agree to these Terms.

1. Appointments & Booking

Appointments are booked through our booking platform (SmartSalon), including through Ida, our AI concierge. Your booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation. If your selected time is no longer available, we will contact you to reschedule.

2. Arrival & Late Policy

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, your service may be shortened or rescheduled so we can stay on schedule for other clients. The full fee still applies.

3. Cancellations & No-Shows

Please give at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations, late reschedules, and no-shows are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, under which a fee may be charged to the card on file. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require a deposit for future bookings, or we may decline future appointments.

4. Payments

Payment for services is due at the time of your appointment and is handled in person. A card kept on file may be charged according to our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Prices are subject to change; the price shown at booking is the price you pay.

5. Suitability & Health

Please tell us about allergies, eye or skin conditions, recent treatments, or anything else relevant to your service. We may decline or adjust a service if we believe it is not right for you. A patch test is available on request before any adhesive-based service.

6. Results & Aftercare

Results vary by individual, including lash retention. Following your aftercare instructions helps your results last. No specific duration is guaranteed.

7. AI Assistant

Ida is an automated assistant and may make mistakes. Your SmartSalon booking confirmation is the authoritative record. If anything looks wrong, call us at +1 380-209-IDOL and we will fix it.

8. Website Content

All content on this site, including text, imagery, and our work product, belongs to Idol Aesthetics and may not be copied or reused without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to our services or this website is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted here with a revised effective date.
