How should I prepare for body waxing?+
Let hair grow to at least 1/4 inch (about 2 weeks of growth) for best results. Exfoliate gently 2 days before. Avoid lotions or oils on the day of your appointment. For Brazilian waxing, wear comfortable underwear and let us know if it’s your first time — we’ll walk you through everything.
What is Pro Skin and how is it customized?+
Pro Skin is our fully customizable Dermalogica facial. After a skin assessment, the treatment is built around your specific needs — it may include LuminFusion, a chemical peel, brightening, calming, clearing, or firming techniques.
What’s the difference between Pro Dermaplane and Pro Nano?+
Pro Dermaplane uses a surgical blade to physically remove dead skin cells and fine vellus hair (“peach fuzz”) for instant smoothness and product penetration. Pro Nano uses a nano-infusion device with tiny cones to push active serums deep into the skin for visible texture improvement with zero downtime. Both are 60-minute treatments arriving soon.
How should I prepare for a facial?+
Come with clean, makeup-free skin. Avoid retinol or exfoliating acids for 3 days before your appointment. If you’re booking a peel or dermaplane, avoid sun exposure for a week prior. We’ll provide aftercare guidance tailored to your treatment.
How often should I get a facial?+
For maintenance, every 4–6 weeks aligns with your skin’s natural cell turnover cycle. For specific concerns like acne or hyperpigmentation, we may recommend a series of treatments spaced closer together. Your esthetician will recommend a plan tailored to your goals.
