What’s the difference between hybrid and volume?+
Hybrid lashes combine classic single lashes with volume fans — giving you natural fullness with added texture and dimension. Volume lashes use multiple ultra-fine lashes per natural lash for maximum fullness, fluff, and drama.
How long do lash extensions last?+
With proper care, lash extensions last through your natural lash cycle (6–8 weeks). Most clients book fills every 2–3 weeks to keep their set looking full.
How do I know which fill to book?+
Book based on how long it’s been since your last appointment: 2-week fills for visits 14 days out, 3-week fills for visits up to 21 days out. Match the fill type to your original set. If it’s been longer than 3 weeks, you may need a new full set.
What is a lash lift and who is it for?+
A lash lift is a perm-style treatment that curls your natural lashes from root to tip — no extensions needed. Perfect for anyone who loves their natural lashes but wants a lifted, open-eye look. Add a tint to darken them. Results last 6–8 weeks.
I have lashes from another salon. Can I get a fill?+
Yes — book a Foreign Fill. It includes a full assessment of your existing extensions before any work begins, so we can ensure they're healthy enough to fill.
How should I prepare for my appointment?+
Come with clean, makeup-free lashes. Avoid caffeine 30 minutes before if you’d like to nap during the appointment (most clients do!). Remove contacts if you wear them.
