Idol Aesthetics (“we,” “us,” “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information this website collects and how we use it.
1. Information You Provide
When you book an appointment, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and your appointment details (service, date, time, and any notes you add). When you chat with Ida, our AI concierge, we process the messages you send. When you join our email list, we collect your email address. Our lash and brow match quizzes run in your browser, and your answers are not sent to us.
2. Information Collected Automatically
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type). This website does not use advertising trackers, analytics pixels, or third-party advertising cookies. Embedded tools (such as our chat assistant and booking platform) may use their own storage within your browser, governed by their own policies.
3. AI Concierge
Ida is an automated AI assistant, not a person. Messages you send are processed by our assistant and its service provider in order to respond to you, maintain your conversation, and improve our service. Please avoid sharing sensitive personal or health details in chat beyond what is relevant to your appointment.
4. Booking & Appointment Records
Bookings are managed in our booking platform (SmartSalon). Your appointment record includes your contact details and service history. We also create an internal calendar entry for scheduling and send confirmations and reminders by email and text message.
5. Consultation Photos
Our AI lash consultation runs through a third-party tool (Lash Atlas). Photos you upload there are processed on that provider’s platform under their privacy policy. We do not store your consultation photos.
6. Text & Email Communications
Appointment texts come from +1 380-209-IDOL. By booking an appointment, you consent to receive appointment-related texts (confirmations, reminders, and rescheduling notices). Message frequency varies based on your appointments. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for assistance. Standard message rates may apply. To unsubscribe from email, contact us at info@idolaesthetics.com. Opting out does not affect your appointments.
7. Payments
When you book an appointment, we collect a card to keep on file through our payment provider, Stripe. Card details are entered directly into Stripe’s secure form — we never see or store your full card number. Your card is only charged according to our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Payment for services is handled in person at your appointment.
8. How We Use & Share Information
We use your information to book and manage appointments, send confirmations and reminders, respond to your requests, and (with your consent) send occasional salon updates. We share information only with the providers that run our business: our booking platform (SmartSalon), our payment provider (Stripe), our AI consultation tool (Lash Atlas), our email and calendar provider, our text messaging provider, and our website host. We never sell your information.
9. Retention & Security
We keep your information while you are an active client and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping. We use reasonable safeguards to protect it, although no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

11. Children’s Privacy
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
